How much is my computer repair going to cost me?

We charge an hourly rate of $39.00 ($39.00 Minimum charge).  That’s it, no hidden costs or fees… We start billing when we ARRIVE, not when we leave our shop…

 What do you repair, and how long does it take?

• Viruses, malware, and just plain evil software removal ( 1 hour +/- )
• Setting up a printer, router, or new computer ( 1 hour +/- )
• Fresh install of Windows OS with updates ( 2 hours )
• Clean registry errors, junk files, and optimize start up ( 1/2 hour)
• Install extra or new memory ( 1/2 hour)
• Replace existing hard drive with new ( 2 hours +/- )
• Replace cracked or damaged laptop screen ( 2 hours )
• Add or replace a DVD/CD drive ( 1/2 hour )
• Complete interior cleaning of computer ( 1/2 hour)
• Replace power supply and  interior cleaning ( 1 hour )

It’s really pretty groovy and simple… We cut out the middle guys and keep our overhead low.  By providing on-site in-home and business computer support we eliminate the need for a store front.  Our mobile computer unit can meet all your computer repair needs, whether were repairing your computer on-site or picking up your machine (no extra cost)  for more in-depth repairs.  We are a locally owned and operated company that believes in small town service, honesty, and punctuality.  We pride ourselves in that “one on one” experience with everyone of our customers, and will always explain what’s going on in plain English…

 What is you service area, and what hours are you available?

We service Rochester, Byron, Kasson, and surrounding Minnesota communities.  We are available by appointment only, Monday through Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm.  We take appointments on a first come, first serve basis, but will be accommodating based on your specific needs.
